To provide schools with a user-friendly mobile app that facilitates communication between administrators, students, and parents.
goal
Develop a customizable app platform that addresses the common needs of schools.
approach
Leveraging our existing expertise in website development, we focused on adapting user flows and features for the mobile environment. Through direct interaction with target customers, we gathered valuable insights to inform our design decisions.
implementation
Informed by our existing knowledge and research, we developed a detailed user flow and app prototype. Through iterative refinement, we finalized the design and launched the alpha version of the product.

Analyzed existing company expertise, developed the design strategy, and created the final mobile app interface. Conducted additional research and testing as needed.
outcome
Achieved numerous pre-sales during development and conducted a closed beta test with a select group of existing customers.

Main Screen: A dashboard-style interface providing access to key features, including an event calendar, staff list, news feed, and customizable modules.
Navigation: Primarily flat navigation with minimal deep flows.
at the time of the launch of the closed beta, there was available 12 modules.
Most school website sessions focus on event information.
Event details should be easily accessible. Interactive features like contact information, directions, and calendar integration are also important.

The contact screen aims to foster a closer relationship between the school and its community. Easy access to the school's address and direct communication within the app can promote openness and trust.
I'm excited to be part of this project and contribute my experience to creating another valuable product.
