goal

Create a SaaS web product and mobile app for mortgage and loan management.

Users can choose optimal payment plans, avoid overpaying, and easily manage loans from any device. The mobile app will focus on essential payment and tracking features.

approach

The design process involved researching offline services, prototyping, testing, and creating high-fidelity designs.

i analyzed existing experiences to identify key functionalities and improve weaknesses, ensuring a seamless digital transition.

implementation

A team of developers, marketers, and I, as the designer, worked for over a year to create multiple prototypes and guidelines. The MVP is complete, and an open beta version will launch soon.

The open beta of the SaaS product includes essential features for desktop and mobile web, boasting about 1,000 active users at the time of this case. 

The mobile app is in development and will launch soon.

We interviewed consultants and clients to identify key services and common questions. This research informed our design of an interface that meets users' core needs.

With the mobile app release planned for later, we adapted most functionality for the mobile web to accommodate expected traffic.

Alongside product development, a marketing website was created as the primary entry point for new users.

A mobile application that enhances the user experience of the main SaaS product from one of the leading mortgage sub-servicing companies in the United States.

mission

enhance product usability on mobile devices while creating an additional channel for communication and service delivery.

approach

The mobile app flows were adapted from the web product, incorporating native iOS patterns. We used flat navigation for clarity and followed iOS guidelines for a native experience. User testing focused on refining the design based on previous web research.
